WooCommerce Cache

We are facing an issue using different cache plugins like WP_Rocket of WP_Optimize, that create html pages of the entire page, including dynamics information that musn't be cached, like the WooCommerce cart information :
brz-woocart__sidebar
brz-woocart__icon : data-counter

Is it possible to exclude those items from the cache, with a AJAX technology? Or is there a setup to do that?
(the WooCommerce configuration "use AJAX button" seems to be useless)
