Paid for Shop Add On But Not Activation Yet

Hello there, Although I have paid today for a shop subscription plan I keep the same message: 

You need the Shop Add-on to work on your store

Please advise how to troubleshoot.

  We can see that the 14-day Shop Trial version is currently active on your account. To help resolve this, please try deactivating the Shop add-on from your project first, then activate it again.
