Brizy page edits not showing when logged out of wordpress
-
Hi James,
Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please send us the URL of the page or website so we can inspect it? In the meantime, try adding /?nocache=1 at the end of your domain (for example: http://mywebsite.com/?nocache=1) and check if the changes appear when you’re logged out.
Let us know if this helps.
Best regards,

Thanks for your email.Your suggestion of using /?nocache=1 works and shows the edited page, so this means it is a caching issue? The brizy plugin itself doesn't cache, I presume? If not, then it may be my server.Thanks0

I've confirmed i have no server caching or caching plugins running. The page url is https://aapofficial.com/
If i create a new page with the built-in wordpress editor and not brizy, the page displays fine when logged out.0 -
Hi James,
Thank you for the update.
Yes, since /?nocache=1 shows the updated page, this confirms the issue is related to caching. Brizy doesn’t cache content itself, so it’s most likely coming from server-level caching.
Even if no caching plugins are active, many hosts enable these by default. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to ask them to purge any server-side cache, or checking if your hosting panel offers an option to clear it manually. Once the cache is cleared, the updated content should display consistently.
Best regards,
