Email validation error in contact form

Hello,

I am the developer of the website https://xn----7sbbaao9ac0aehn3ck7q.xn--p1ai/, and I have encountered an issue with the contact form on the page. The form keeps showing the red error message “PLEASE ENTER A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS (E.G., NAME@EXAMPLE.COM)” and does not submit, even when I enter valid email addresses, including a Gmail address.

It seems that the current email validation logic is rejecting correct addresses, most likely due to an overly strict pattern or incorrect configuration of the email field. Could you please check this problem on your side (hosting / mail service / additional filters) and let me know what exactly is blocking the submission and how we can fix it?

  Hi Andrey,

  Thanks for reaching out.

  The issue is caused by the Name field being set as an Email field, so it’s being validated as an email address and triggering the error. Please change the Name field type to Text, and the form should submit correctly.
