Brizy page builder doesn't showing SIDEBAR like new elements, and global elements, etc

Hello, ss you can see on the screenshot i share, the function/button on sidebar for adding new elements & customizing global elements, and the others at the left ARE GONE! Can you help me to make it visible again?

  Could you confirm if you have any custom code or scripts embedded into this page? sometimes custom scripts could cause this issue. If you do have embedded scripts, please try to temporarily remove it and see if it makes any difference.

  Otherwise, please feel free to share your WordPress admin login details with us so we can take a closer look. Kindy add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.

  Thank you for your cooperation. 

  I’ve checked your website, but I’m unable to locate the specific page you were working on. That said, we’ve opened all available pages, and the sidebar appears to be working correctly on them.

  

  It’s possible that this is a browser-related issue. Could you please try opening the editor using another browser and see if the issue persists?
