Video element malfunction

Hi, I set up a sermons page for a local church (using custom assets) but the video element is working on only the first two uploaded sermons. The rest of the sermons do not load at all and show only a grey placeholder instead. I uploaded the first two sermons and they uploaded the rest of them since then.

I can't find anything that I did different on the ones that worked vs the ones that didn't.

1. All their videos are equally unlisted on youtube, including the ones that work.

2. All the links work equally in my browser when pasted.

Please help me figure this out, thanks
