    Hello Nico,

We could not reproduce the above problem at our end. The play button displays well on Safari browser at our end. Please do more tests and check if the behavior is consistent across multiple computers and laptops.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response.

I have tested this issue on multiple devices, including several iPhones and multiple laptops, all running macOS. The problem is consistent across these devices. Additionally, the play button is now partially not working in Chrome as well.

It also appears that this behavior started after updating iOS and macOS. On my iPhone, the play button was visible before the update, but after updating iOS it is no longer displayed. I observed the same behavior on my Mac after updating the operating system.

Based on these tests, it seems there may be a compatibility issue between Brizy Cloud and the newer versions of macOS and iOS.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or specific test cases from my side.

    Best regards,
    Nico

    Hello Nico,

Can you please let us know which versions of macOS and iOS have incompatibility with Brizy Cloud play buttons? We will attempt to reproduce the issue at our end after updating to the specific versions.

    Hello Nico,

Incompatibility of Brizy video play buttons with Safari 26.0.1 was reported and we have developed a fix for it. We hope to release the fix along with a future update.
