Forms are not working properly

Hi,

I have two form on my Brizy page\project, and they are not updateing properly. I can't get them to sync\update. The other part is, that in the normal pop up creator page is not the DEFAULT place to update, so right now the same form needs  to be updated on the site directly where it's used, which is a really strange choise, and don't know why this is the normal way of working....
