Error with CNAME record when connecting domain

Hi guys, I have created a new page in my Brizy Cloud account, which I want to connect to my own domain.

The A record is set up correctly, but I don't manage to connect the CNAME record because I get this error:

Only 1 “CNAME” record may exist per name. Rename or delete www.makingmarketing.it.’s extra “CNAME” record.

But the other CNAME records are:

• mail
• ftp
• ckespa (for email marketing)
• cka and cka2 (for email marketing)

Then i added this:

CNAME
name: www.makingmarketing.it
Record: moose1ff92fdb.brizy.site

Still not working, however I do know it may take some time...

But I also have this issue: the A record within Brizy Cloud keeps changing:  if I click on "refresh" to verify the records, the A record turns from red to green and keeps changing numbers. I'm confused :D

  Hello Alessia,

  I see two A Records associated with your domain makingmarketing.it. Kindly delete the A Record with the IP 185.181.117.56 and get back to us.
