    Hi Irene,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    As far as I know, there haven’t been any changes to our payment terms.

    Since the card has worked in previous years, I’d kindly suggest checking with your bank to see why the recent charge was declined, as this is often related to bank-side security checks or limits.

    Please let us know what they advise, and we’ll be glad to assist further if needed.
