Product Category - Cant Edit Archive to change Text, Button Text

I am creating a template where when theuser clicks a catergory they will only see the intented catergory but when i use the archive element in the template it does not show a preview for me to edit the "Read More" text, adjust the button radiusand text colour to fall inline with the res tof the website styling. 

I have seen this video on another post:

  To help us better understand what’s happening on your end, could you please create a short screencast showing the issue? Please make sure the video shows the exact steps you’re taking in the editor, and that there are already products assigned to the categories you’re testing, so we can see how the Archive element behaves in that scenario.
