Hi Sandra,
Thank you for your cooperation.
We noticed that the Home URL and Site URL didn’t match, and we’ve corrected this on our end. Everything appears to be working properly now.

Could you please test again on your side? To ensure you’re seeing the latest changes, kindly clear your browser cache or try using a different browser.

Hi Sandra,
Thank you for contacting us.
We’ve noticed a 406 (Not Acceptable) error occurring on the site. This type of error usually means the server is blocking a request coming from the editor while loading or saving the page.

Based on our experience, this is very likely being triggered by ModSecurity on your server. ModSecurity can sometimes flag legitimate editor requests as unsafe and block them, which results in a 406 error.
To address the issue, please disable ModSecurity as described on this support article: https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/22590197512210
You may also SecRequestBodyLimit and SecRequestBodyNoFilesLimi as described in the above article if if you prefer not to disable modsecurity.
If you don't have access to ModSecurity in your hosting panel, please reachout to your hosting provider for assistance.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
