Problem with connect Brizy pro = server response code is 403

Hello, yesterday I sent you an email from brablecfilip5@gmail.com. But I haven't received a reply yet. I am having a problem with activating the PRO license. I have Briza version 2.7.21 and Pro version 2.7.13

and when I try to activate the license key, I get the message "The remote server response code is 403." I don't know what the reason is. You will find all the necessary information in the email I sent you yesterday.
