We see Brizy Popup not working.. its a new or migrated popup.

Hello Brizy team,

Need your assistance to check the popups on the below pages which are appearing broken.

We ensured that they are new or are migrated as well.

1) https://smartsuburbs.in/

(scroll at the end of the page to see the broken popup)

 

2) https://gratifiexpressions.com

Scroll at the end of the page to see the broken popup.

As these popups are for lead generation from Meta Ads traffic to website, we sometimes don't know of it broken resulting is interruption to lead flow.

  If you are not hosting these websites with Brizy Cloud, please let us know the Brizy Cloud projects behind these two websites. We need the brizy.site URL of the two projects so that we can check.

  Hello Parag,

  I tried embedding your popup on a test page; it did not work. There could be a bug with the external popups. Kindly remove the popup code from the footer of your websites for now. We will report this bug and work on fixing it and will keep you informed about the progress

  Hello Ariel, 

  Trying to understand better. Is this issue due to old forms code or such and re-creating the popup form newly will help bypass this issue? If so, we can always create new forms to get lead capture ongoing.

  The embed scripts remain the same, so this appears to be a platform-related issue. Our team is actively working on a fix, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  In the meantime, if you need your lead capture to function, you may use a third-party popup plugin as a temporary workaround while we address the issue.
