Global Blocks won't go away

I disabled a block from being global but it still appears on service pages.  I made a video showing the issue - https://somup.com/cOVlrPS00X

  Hi Ryan,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Could you please try deleting the problematic block from the Blocks Library and see if that helps resolve the issue?

  

  If that doesn’t help, please check your hosting panel to see if any server-level caching (such as Redis or PHP OPCache) is enabled and try clearing it.

  Please give this a try and let me know how it goes.

  Thanks this works.  Is this a bug or working as designed? Also, not some of the blocks have changed their order.  I can go back and fix but it's time consuming. Is this somehting you guys are aware of?

  Yes, we’re aware of both points you mentioned. Unfortunately, we don’t have an ETA yet on when the fix will be rolled out, but we are aware of both issues and they’re already on our team’s radar. We apologize for the inconvenience.
