Unable to adjust mobile view homepage to an image or video

Hello,

My desktop website homepage has a video playing in the background that we uploaded and hyperlinked to youtube. The other pages have a background video across the title section. 

 

On the mobile version, the background videos show up on all pages except the homepage. On the homepage, when I select background, there's no area under the video tab to upload anything and I'm unable to change the background on the homepage to an image or video. Can you please advise?
