Form integration not working

Hi,

I have integrated two forms on my website. Here and here with mailerlite but I can see that the information information isn't being pushed from Brizy Cloud to mailerlite. I'm not sure what to do.

  Hello Manji,

  I tested the form at https://www.upskhill.com/guide-on-transitioning-to-a-consulting-role and the form was successfully submitted. Kindly check if you see a test user with the name "Brizy Support" and email "brizy@support.com" in your "Transition To Consulting Guide Subscribers" segment or group in your Mailer Lite account.
