Implementation of svg buttons and hovering images on buttons

How can i achieve having svgs on hover of a button or have an image with a design on hovering.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  You can achieve this by using the Image element instead of a button. The Image element supports an image on hover option, which allows you to upload two SVG files, one for the normal state (button up) and another for the hover state (button down). This makes it easy to mimic a button with custom SVG designs without any extra code.
