Team Member Access

Dear Support,

I am experiencing an issue with clients/team members accessing a project I gave them access to on Brizy Cloud.

1. I add their email and give them access as editor/manager

2. They receive the invite and email and click the link to take them to the project

3. They are then asked to sign up for a free cloud trial. 

Is there a step I am missing?

  Hi Trevoulin,

  Thank you for reaching out.

  When a new user accepts an invite, they are first asked to create a Brizy Cloud account. The free trial gives them access to Pro features for 14 days on their own projects, as long as they are working inside My Personal Projects or another workspace they own.

  Once they switch to your workspace, where you’ve added them as a manager or editor, they will automatically use your Pro license for that project. No additional steps are needed on your side—just make sure they are working in the correct workspace.
