Cancellation of Personal Cloud

Hi Support Team,
since I have bought a few lifetime licences via appsumo last year, I think I do not longer need my personal cloud. If this is correct, I would ask you to give me a short info how it is possible to cancel the subscription without cancelling the lifetime licences.

Do I have to move the projects from the personal cloud to the lifetime-Workspaces?

  Hi Michael,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Your Personal Cloud subscription was successfully cancelled on December 25. It will remain active until February 15, after which there will be no further recurring charges. This cancellation does not affect your AppSumo lifetime licenses.

  Your projects from the Personal Cloud should still remain available, so there’s no need to move them.

  Please let us know if you have any other questions or need further clarification.
