I have decided not to use this service any longer and would like to cancel my subscription/purchase immediately. Since the payment was processed less than 24 hours ago, I kindly ask for a full refund to my original payment method.

As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:
- Renewals of existing subscriptions
- Lifetime licenses
- Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
- Services not purchased directly through brizy.io
Hence unfortunately, the renewal transaction of your Personal WordPress plan is not eligible for a refund.
