Brizy Pro repeatedly causes a fatal error (type E_ERROR)

Hello,

The Brizy Pro plugin has again caused a fatal error on my website. Both the free (2.7.21) and the pro (2.7.7) versions are up to date. It's running on WordPress 6.9.

I received an email with the following error detail:

Could you please help resolve this issue. I may have no choice but to rebuild my site using a different tool, but I do like Brizy and hope to be able to continue using it.

  Hello Karol,

  These are the most recent Brizy versions. Brizy Pro 2.7.7 is not compatible with Brizy 2.7.21.

  

   To fix the issue, kindly follow these steps

  • Deactivate and delete Brizy Pro plugin
  • Sign in to your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login
  • Scroll down to the "Brizy WordPress Plugin" heading and download Brizy Pro 2.7.13 by clicking the button "Download Brizy Pro 2.7.13"
    
  • In your WordPress Dashboard under Plugins > Add New, upload the Brizy Pro ZIP file and activate it.

  If this does not resolve the issue, we will take a look at your WordPress Dashboard to offer further help.
