Critical Error on Specific Brizy Landing Pages
Hello Brizy Support Team,
We are facing an issue with two specific landing pages built using Brizy on our website. When accessing these pages, the following error appears:
“There has been a critical error on this website.”
The affected pages are:
Please note:
-
Only these two landing pages are affected.
-
The rest of the website is working perfectly fine.
-
Both pages are created entirely using Brizy.
-
No issue is observed on other non-Brizy or standard pages.
We would appreciate your guidance on identifying the cause and resolving this issue at the earliest, as these are important landing pages for us.

Hi Aditya,
Thank you for your patience.
We’ve taken a look at your website and noticed that there are currently 58 active plugins. Since the site is live, we’re a bit hesitant to continue troubleshooting directly.
Upon checking, the issue you’re experiencing appears to be caused by a conflict with one or more plugins, or possibly limited memory resources due to the high number of active plugins.
To help isolate the cause, we kindly suggest temporarily disabling all plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then checking if the issue still occurs. If it doesn’t, you can re-enable the remaining plugins one by one while testing the affected pages until the issue reappears.
Having a large number of plugins can sometimes lead to performance issues, memory exhaustion, or conflicts that cause critical errors on specific pages, even if the rest of the site appears to work normally.
Please let us know how it goes, and we’ll be glad to assist further based on the results.
Kind regards,
Ariel H.0
