Brizy Cloud Form - Adding fields

When the form element is added to the page, the defaults, email, select and paragraph are added by default.

I would like to add a name field to those form elements.  How do I do that?  Or are we limited to 3 form field items in total?

  Hello Alex,

  The initial three form fields are there to help you get started. You can modify the three fields to your preferences and add additional fields.   That's great!  Thanks for pointing me to the tutorial!

  In case anyone comes across this post, you simply need to duplicate the field and adjust the duplicate as needed.
