Media gallery

Hi Eddy,
Thank you for contacting us.
I checked your Media Library and it looks like there are currently two pages of media files on the site. I’ve also created a short screencast showing what’s visible in your Media Library - https://youtu.be/ONunqygcg7g
Could you please confirm if there are any additional media files that appear to be missing, or if what’s shown in the screencast matches what you expect? This will help us verify whether anything else needs to be restored.
Kind regards,

There was at least 5 pages of images in my library, photos, logos and round images i used as buttons on the site that came with the original template. They are all still visible on the site but no longer in the gallery.

Hello Eddy,
When importing a premade design template, a saved layout, or a saved block, the images are imported into the project but do not appear in the Media Library. Images uploaded to the project following a design import are saved in the Media Library. This is how currently the Media Library works. We have received a feature request to make the imported images also visible in the Media Library. This may become possible in the future.

That i dont mind as I've already added alt text to the button images. It's the rest of the missing images like my logo variations etc. I had to change my logo to a light colour as I changed the header to a dark background and had to re-upload the logo I needed. Other images I needed for future blogs are gone, some that are already on the site are missing & I cant add alt text now without having to upload them again and change the image on the page.
It doesn't leave me much confidence to upload more if the older ones dissappear and as its a photographer site it is quite photo heavy.

Hello Eddy,
You can add Alt Text to an image from within the Brizy Editor without having to access the Media Library. Here are the steps
- In the toolbar that pops up, select the "Cog" icon.
- Choose "Styling"
- In the side panel that opens up, select the "Advanced" tab
- Add your "Alt Title" towards the bottom right corner
Have a look at the screenshot at https://jmp.sh/OkEfU7eF
Images uploaded to a project do not usually disappear from the Media Library and remains in the lirary permanently. If this occurs in your project, kindly make a note of the images which disappeared and report back to us.
