    Thank you for contacting us.

    We recently encountered the same issue on another customer’s site hosted on WordPress.com, and we were able to fix it by disabling the Page Optimize plugin. Since your situation matches exactly, we recommend disabling this plugin as well.  This is demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/mPKeGr0ATTg

    If your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, it’s likely that one of your page optimization plugins is causing the issue. Please try temporarily disabling those plugins to see if that helps.
