    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Gmail requires DNS authentication (SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) to verify the sender and improve email deliverability, helping prevent messages from being rejected or marked as spam. Please also make sure your domain has the required DNS records set up as described in this Google article:
    https://support.google.com/a/answer/81126?hl=en

Also, please try temporarily using a non-Gmail email address and see if the messages are delivered there.

If possible, we can review this from our end. Please let us know if you can provide temporary WordPress admin access so we can inspect your contact page directly. If you decide to share credentials, email them to communitysupport@gmail.com with the forum reference 32126567277458 in the subject line.

Before sending access details, please make a full backup of your site, ensure the credentials work, and confirm the account has Administrator access to avoid delays.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hi Joshua,

I just wanted to follow up to see if the issue has been resolved with the solution we shared earlier. If you’re still experiencing any problems, please share your site’s credentials with us so we can take a closer look.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
