Woocommerce Single Product Template ( Failed to add rule)

i'm attempting to follow the directions that are available on your support docs however when adding display conditions i'm getting "failed to add rule"

  Hi Jonathan,

  Thank you for reaching out. 

  This usually happens when the same display condition has already been assigned to another template — even if that template is currently set to Draft. Display conditions remain reserved until they’re removed or the template is deleted.

  Please double-check your other templates and either remove the display condition from the old one or delete that template entirely. Once the condition is freed up, you should be able to assign it without any issues.
