Products Not Displaying on Customer View Page

ITEM 1: I do not know why my products are not visible on these published pages...

ITEM 2: My product pages were somehow moved to "draft" status, but I did not take action to move them to draft. When trying to correct the issue using "Bulk Actions" > "Publish All" function, the page status reflected the page was published, but the page was not published. I had to click into the "Edit Individual Template" for each product and publish them individually.

  Hi Matthew,

  My apologies for the delay.

  It looks like the product edits were made by creating product templates, rather than editing the individual products directly.

  Could you please confirm whether you actually need these product templates? If they’re not required, we can manually remove them for you, as these templates may not be removable from the standard interface.
