Site error crash

Can you help me with this?

These two sites previously gave an error during an update, and unfortunately, they are doing it again. The sites then look like this (only when logged out):

I have now restored an old backup to get it working again.

Could you take a look? Unfortunately, I don't have access to the backend, only to WordPress. You already have the WordPress login, but I can send it again if needed.

  To help us investigate this further, could you please provide temporary access to one of the affected websites where the issue is occurring? We’ll also need cPanel or FTP access so we can review the site files.
