Thank you for reaching out.

At the moment, I’m not entirely sure which website you’re referring to. To help clarify, I’ve created a short screencast that demonstrates how to add the script correctly after the <head> tag.

Please note that there are two scripts involved: one should be placed in the header, and the other inside the <body> tag. In this case, you’ll need to use the Embed element inside the Global Header so the second script runs across all pages.
