Meta Pixel Error

Hi,

since days I try to activate meta pixel. I inserted the pixel script in -> project settings -> header. Pixel helper finds the pixel, but with error. I have tried all recommendations from community, but nothing works at all.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We’ve tested this on our end and didn’t encounter any issues when setting up the Meta Pixel.

  

  Could you please double-check that the correct Pixel base code (and not an event-only or modified script) is what you’ve embedded in Project Settings → Header? Even a small mismatch can cause the Pixel Helper to detect the pixel but flag it with an error.

  If the issue persists, feel free to share the exact code you added (you can redact the Pixel ID), and we’ll be happy to take a closer look.
