Domain set up Issue

I'm setting up a custom subdomain and your instructions did not include what shows up in my zone editor. It won't let me add/or change the entry for coach.hellokai.ca, but I can change the www. CNAME entry only. Please advise.

coach.hellokai.ca  14400 A 198.91.25.140 (I can only change this value, cannot delete)
www.coach.hellokai.ca CNAME rhinoceros3bab42cd.brizy.site (this one I can change)

  Hi Ariel, I did follow the steps and it didn't work, as shown in the screenshot. Now I'm unable to access my cPanel - due to the changes made which gave error messages

  Hi Kai,

  It’s very likely that your DNS is managed through cPanel, and updating the DNS via your domain registrar’s DNS manager may have overridden those settings. This can result in errors and loss of access to cPanel.

  To help resolve this properly, could you please share both your domain registrar login details and your cPanel credentials? This will allow us to reconfigure the DNS correctly. Once the DNS records are aligned again, access should be restored, and we can also update the DNS to point your domain to Brizy Cloud.

  They also recently made some changes and their notification did not reach my email inbox. I believe this may have been a factor as well.
