Collaborator is blocked

Hello!

I am currently a teacher and I am using Brizy with my Ai class and have my students as collaborators in my account so they create specific sites. However, one student email is getting an error message and says to contact administrator to let him in since it thinks he is spam. All others are able to get in.

 

How can I allow him in as a designer?

  Hi,

  Thank you for contating us. 

  Since the error indicates that the email is being flagged as spam, this usually comes from the email provider’s built-in security or, in some cases, the email address itself being blocked on Brizy Cloud.

  To quickly work around this, could you please ask your student to use an alternate email address, preferably a Gmail or Proton Mail account, and then invite that new email as a collaborator? This is often the easiest way to resolve this type of issue.

  Thank you so much!

  Now there is an issue on some of the sites that keeps popping up.

   

  It is saying "Maximum file stack exceeded" when trying to place an audio file in that is small file size.

  How can this be resolved so audio files can be placed into site?

  Hi,

  Thank you for the update. Could you please try reproducing the issue using a different browser and let us know if the behavior is the same?

  If it still occurs, kindly share the audio file you’re trying to upload. You can upload it to Google Drive and send us the shareable link so we can replicate the issue on our end and investigate further.

  Hi!

  The email 3030103@edison.k12.nj.us is the email that seems to be blocked. It is a gmail account and all other gmail accounts here are able to access. Is there a way to unblock him?

  The other issue with uploads, the error is popping up on multiple sites now as we try to uploade mp3 files and mp4 files.

  Thank you for your patience. We unblocked the email address.

  Regarding the MP3/MP4 uploads, everything appears to be working properly on our end.

  

  Could you please share a sample file that’s failing to upload so we can test it? Alternatively, let us know the file size, as very large files may not upload successfully.
