Brizy is not loading

On this site, https://warriorhub.net/wp-admin (I will be immediately sending you login credentials to the Community Support email), Brizy is refusing to load. I have reinstalled both plugins and checked some of the usuals suspects for potential CSS plugin management conflicts. When I logged in, no Theme was installed. I am not sure if this is due to:

• An auto-update that was pushed out
• A plugin conflict (I have checked many)
• The fact that I have allowed the client to have admin access to the site :-(

This is what it current loads as a homepage.
