Brizy and Woocommerce - cart is emptying
Hello, I'm currently creating an online shop for my mom, I'm using Wordpress with Woocommerce plugin and Brizy Pro to design the layout. I created templates for the Shop and Single Product pages, as well as for the Cart, Checkout and My Account pages. When I view my Shop as the admin, everything looks great. But when I open it in a browser and go to add a product in the cart - I first see that there is something in my cart (on the Cart icon) but when I click "View Cart" the cart is empty (the icon as well shows nothing's in), as if I hadn't just added anything. Same thing when I click "go to checkout". Is it a problem with how rizy communicates with the standard woocommerce layout? Or did I do something wrong?

Hi Hanna,
Thank you for contacting us.
To help us better understand the issue, could you please create a short screencast showing the steps you’re taking and the behavior you’re seeing on the front end?
Once we have the screencast, we’ll be glad to take a closer look and possibly offer a solution.
Looking forward to your update.
Best regards,

I can't upload a video here so I'm sending it with wetransfer:
The website is in Polish but I believe it's clear that when I tried to add a product to the cart - it showed an empty cart. I'm using the option to be directly redirected to cart when adding a product, but the problem is the same when I'm using the AJAX side panel cart view.

Hi Hanna,
Thank you for your cooperation.
To isolate the cause of the error, could you please try temporarily disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then check if you can still replicate the issue? This will help determine if a plugin conflict is causing the issue. Also try to switch to a different theme and see if that helps.
If the issue continues, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Hi Hanna,
Thank you for your cooperation.Upon checking, the issue appears to be related to server-side caching, specifically the Redis cache. Could you please check your hosting control panel to see if there’s an option to purge or clear the Redis cache?
If you don’t have access to this option, we recommend reaching out to your hosting provider and asking them to flush the Redis cache on your behalf.
Please let us know once this has been done or if you need further assistance.
Kind regards,

Thank you for your help, I contacted my hosting provider and they managed to fix the problem!
Thank you again, best regards,
Hanna
