website got messed up after the update.
Hi there!
All of my websites contact pages got messed up after the update. I already tried duplicating the block, but it’s still messed up.

Hi Joshua,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please try making a small change to the affected blocks in your dynamic template, for example, reduce block width to 90%, then click Update to save the changes. After that, preview the front end and check if this fixes the issue. If it does, go back to the editor, revert the block width to 100%, and click Update again. This process forces the block to recompile, which can often resolve such issues.
If this didn't help, please provide temporary access to your WP Admin so we can take a closer look at your site? Kindly add us as an Admin user in your WordPress Dashboard and send the details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

Also, edits to pages are not showing instantly.

Hi Earl, please check again and let me know if you’re still seeing any pages with broken layouts.

Looking good on my end, Ariel.
Could you explain what you did to fix the problem so I can handle it myself if it happens again?
Thank you!0 -
Hi Earl,
Thank you for the update.
We had to update each page individually to fix the issue. It took some time, but we’ve done our best to cover all pages. The fix was applied exactly as described in our previous reply—by making a small change to the page, such as temporarily reducing the width of a single block and hitting update, which forces the entire page to recompile, as shown in this screencast: https://youtu.be/vv8wcmM2vTc
In any case, you shouldn’t be experiencing this issue after an update. We’ve also reported this to our development team so they can address it in future versions of Brizy.
Thank you for your patience.
Best regards,

Got it, Ariel! Thank you!

Pardon me for being so blunt but this is a ridiculous request to make of those of us servicing 40, 50 and 60+ sites. It was a nightmare having to do so back with your disappearing menu debacle.

Hi Michael,
We understand your frustration, especially when managing 40+ sites—updating pages one by one is not ideal.
As a temporary workaround, you can try using an older version (https://supportfiles.brizy.site), which may help avoid manual edits if some sites were already updated. The issue has been escalated to our developers, and we’re currently waiting for their feedback. We’ll share updates as soon as we have them.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Best regards,

Hi Ariel,
I hope you are well.
I’m seeing the same issue on my website (rahal.co.uk). Some pages intermittently load with mixed/incorrect content. If I open an affected page in WordPress, delete a single letter, type it again, and update the page, it immediately displays correctly — however the same problem then reappears later, sometimes even on the same page.
Yesterday I applied this “small edit and update” workaround across all 68 pages, which took a long time, and I thought it was resolved. Unfortunately, when I checked again this morning, I noticed that some pages are mixed up again.
Could you please advise what might be causing this and what the proper fix would be?

Hi Reza,
Thank you for contacting us.
We’re currently investigating the issue, could you please provide cPanel access to one of the affected websites, along with its WordPress admin dashboard credentials? We only need access to a single site for testing.
For the rest of your websites, you can revert to the previous versions in the meantime. The older versions are available for download here: https://supportfiles.brizy.site
Please send the WordPress admin and cPanel login details to communitysupport@brizy.io and include the reference 31887520932626 in the subject line so we can easily locate your request.
Thank you for your cooperation and we apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi Ariel,
Thank you for your response.
As mentioned, not all pages are affected, and the issue appears intermittently. At the time of writing this message, the following page is displaying mixed content:
https://rahal.co.uk/mycobot-320-m5/
There are definitely other pages affected as well, and at the moment I have to check the pages one by one every few hours to identify the issue.
Could you please let me know the safest way to share the WordPress admin dashboard credentials with you?

Sorry, I see you have shared the email address !!! I answer before read the whole message :-)

Hi Reza, once we have the credentials I will escalate the issue to our dev team.
Thanks!

I am going to have a meeting with someone now and need website content in this meeting. When I finish this, will email you the credentials,
Thanks

Hi Reza, could you also provide the FTP or cPanel for this website?

It hosted on AWS Lightsail and doesn’t have that kind of cPanel other web hosting companies have

Hi Reza,
Thank you for the clarification. Since the site is hosted on AWS Lightsail and doesn’t use cPanel, could you please provide either FTP or SSH access instead? That will allow us to take a closer look and continue investigating the issue.

I can look into how to provide SSH access via AWS; however, as you mentioned earlier that this is an issue your developers are already investigating and that it is likely related to Brizy, could you please clarify how SSH access to the hosting environment would be used in this case?
I just want to ensure we are following the most appropriate next step.

Hi Reza,
Thank you for the update.
Sorry about that, our developers specifically requested it so they can investigate the issue directly at the server level. Having FPT/cPanel/SSH access allows them to review server configuration, permissions, and logs that aren’t accessible from the WordPress admin alone.
If helpful, you can refer to this AWS Lightsail guide on setting up SSH access:
https://docs.aws.amazon.com/lightsail/latest/userguide/amazon-lightsail-connecting-to-linux-unix-instance-using-sftp.htmlThat said, it may be easier to reach out to your hosting provider’s support team and ask them to set this up for you.
We understand the extra effort involved and appreciate your help.

Hi Reza,
Thank you for sharing the SSH details. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to connect using the credentials provided. That said, we’ve received working access from other users, so we’ll proceed with our investigation using those for now. We’ll reach out again if we need access to your site specifically.
In the meantime, could you please check https://rahal.co.uk/mycobot-320-m5/ again and let us know if you’re still encountering the issue you reported?
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Hi Ariel,
As I have already explained, fixing an affected page is very straightforward — it only requires changing a single letter and saving the update. However, the issue keeps reappearing, sometimes on different pages and sometimes again on the same page with mixed content.
At the moment, the only way to detect the problem is to manually check all around 65 pages repeatedly, sometimes every hour, which is clearly not practical.
The key issue is not fixing individual pages, but identifying and resolving the root cause of why this keeps happening. My concern is not limited to the specific page I shared with you — I intentionally did not fix it so that you could see the issue directly, even though I could have corrected it easily.
I would really appreciate your help in investigating and resolving this properly.
Kind regards,
Reza

Hi Reza,
Thank you for the update.
Our developers are already investigating the issue. In the meantime, we kindly ask that you keep your site’s credentials unchanged until we have an update.

Hi Ariel,
It appears that the issue has still not been resolved, as some other pages — for example
https://rahal.co.uk/mecharm-270-pi/ — were affected again today.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know when this issue is expected to be fully resolved. I need to add several new pages to the website, and it is important that these pages are stable and working properly over the next few days, as I will be sharing them with a customer.
Thank you for your update in advance.
Kind regards,
Reza

Hi Reza,
Thank you for the update and for sharing the affected page.
Our development team is actively investigating this behavior. At the moment, we’re unable to provide an exact timeframe for full resolution, but please know that this is treated as a priority.
We’ll keep you updated as soon as we have progress to share. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi,
What has happened to your solution?
My website is still showing affected pages every single day, and I am having to manually check each one to see whether it is working or not.
It has now been 19 days since your last response, in which you said your development team was actively investigating this behaviour.
I have paid for Brizy, and I should not be dealing with issues like this — certainly not for this length of time without resolution.
I expect a proper update and a timeframe to fix this.

Hi Reza,
Thank you for the update, and I’m sorry for the continued frustration this has caused.
When we last checked, the affected pages worked correctly after clearing WP Fastest Cache. Based on this, it appears the issue may be cache related.
To help confirm this, could you please try temporarily disabling WP Fastest Cache for a few days and then monitor whether the issue continues to occur on other pages? This will help us verify if the cache is reintroducing the problem and determine the next best steps.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We’ll continue to assist you as soon as we have more clarity.
Best regards,
Ariel H.0
