Having an issue with Contact Form

Dear Brizy Team,

 

I’m currently experiencing an issue with submitting the contact form. Everything works seamlessly when I use it from the desktop view.

However, whenever I submit the form on a mobile device, it abruptly redirects to a blank page without setting the redirect URL.

I’ve attached a screenshot for your reference.

I kindly request your attention to this matter.

  Hi Eddie,

  Thank you for reaching out. The form submits well at my end. 

  

   

  Do you continue to see a blank page after submitting the form? If so, could you please try temporarily disabling all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro, then check if you can still replicate the issue? This will help determine if a plugin conflict is causing the issue.
