  Hello Paulo,

  You have added your blog post content in the "Excerpt" field for each blog post. You are then dynamically displaying the "Except" field content in your blog posts. Hence to edit the blog post content, you must edit the "Excerpt" field. Have a look at https://jmp.sh/pdO6tbIz for a more detailed explanation.
