error while trying to display an element

I have read the previous posts about this error, checked the changelog, and found that the latest versions of Brizy and Brizy Pro are installed.  What do you think?  Error still persists.  Could you help me with next steps?

  Thank you for contacting us.

  We recently encountered the same issue on another customer’s site hosted on WordPress.com, and we were able to fix it by disabling the Page Optimize plugin.
