    Hi Atirah,

    Thank you for contacting us.

We recently encountered the same issue on another customer’s site hosted on WordPress.com, and we were able to fix it by disabling the Page Optimize plugin. Since your situation matches exactly, we recommend disabling this plugin as well.  This is demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/mPKeGr0ATTg

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.

    Hye there!

Yes, it's a success! Thanks! But i'm wondering, if we can activate it after we finished the translation.

    Hi Atirah,

    Thank you for the update.

Yes, you can reactivate the plugin after you’ve finished working on the translations. This behavior only affects the backend while editing and does not affect the front end of your website.

Please let us know if you need any further help.

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
