Rearrange Products

Products are displayed on our website storefront in the order they were created. How do we rearrange the products in the order we prefer? I would like some products more prominently displayed and seen first by our customers, but these products were created prior to other products that I would like to de-prioritize.

  Thank you for contacting us.

  Manual sorting is possible for each category under Category Products; however, this feature isn’t working in Brizy Cloud Shops at the moment.

  

  We’ve already informed our senior support team about this glitch so they can work on a fix.

  In the meantime, the best workaround we can suggest is to create a new category for Featured products and display that category at the top of your store or homepage. This way, you can highlight the products you want customers to see first.
