Subscription
Dear Brizy Support,
A year ago, I subscribed to Brizy Pro. I only needed the subscription for one year to build my own templates for my website, as I use Brizy Free for other parts. I wasn’t aware that the subscription would renew automatically; otherwise, I would have cancelled it in time.
I just noticed that a new subscription has been charged, extending my plan until December 2026. I kindly ask if you could cancel this renewed subscription immediately and issue a refund.

I understand how easy it is to miss a renewal notice, and I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, refunds are available within the first 30 days of a new subscription. Renewal payments, however, aren’t eligible for refunds: https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions
Although we’re unable to refund this renewal, we can cancel your Freelancer WordPress subscription, so you won’t be billed again moving forward.

Thank you for your response.
I understand the policy as described in your terms and conditions. However, I would like to clarify why I believe an exception is justified in my case.
I did not receive any communication prior to the renewal such as a reminder email or notification inside the dashboard. If I had received any of these, I would have cancelled immediately. Because of this lack of communication, the renewal came as a complete surprise.
Additionally, the information about subscription renewals on your website is very unclear in my opinion. As a result, I had no reason to expect that the plan would extend automatically, especially since I only needed Brizy Pro for one year to build my own templates in another pagebuilder.
I therefore kindly request that you reconsider the decision and issue a refund for the renewal. I believe this would be a fair and customer-friendly solution given the circumstances and the absence of any prior notification.
