Problems with Cookie Pop Up

I set up my cookie pop up and it was working fine. It then stopped working. I saw that the footer code had dissapered for some reason. When I go in and try and readd the footer code it just throws my menu out of kilter. Can you help please?

  Could you please try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser to see if that resolves the problem?
