Cancellation
I was just charged $99 for a subscription that I wasn’t aware was still active. I had to try 4 different emails before I finally found this account active. Since the charge was literally just processed and I haven’t used this service in months is there any way you could charge my card back? Thanks for your help & support, the community greatly appreciates it.

As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, "Brizy offers a 30-day refund policy for new monthly or yearly subscriptions. Refunds are not available for:
- Renewals of existing subscriptions
- Lifetime licenses
- Additional purchases, add-ons, or custom services
- Services not purchased directly through brizy.io"
Unfortunately, renewal transaction of your exisiting Freelancer WordPress subscitpion is not eligible for refund.
