Critical Issues After Brizy Updates – Site Downtime and Mobile Menu Not Displaying
Dear Brizy Support Team,
I am reaching out because we are experiencing recurring and critical issues with our website every time Brizy releases an update.

The website goes down after each Brizy update.
This has happened multiple times, and it causes significant disruption for us. We rely on the site being stable, and repeated downtime is not acceptable for our operations.

The mobile menu does not appear on the published website.
While the menu is visible and functions correctly in the Brizy editor, it does not show up on the live, published version of the site. This makes the mobile version effectively unusable for visitors.
These issues are urgent and need to be resolved. We kindly ask that you investigate this as soon as possible and provide a permanent fix so we can avoid these problems going forward.
Please let us know what information you need from us to speed up the troubleshooting process.

Thank you for contacting us.
Kindly disable all other plugins except Brizy and Brizy Pro to check if one of them might be causing a conflict.
If it still doesn’t resolve the problem, please provide us with temporary access to your WordPress Admin so we can investigate further. Kindly add us as an Administrator user and send the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io.
