  Hello Haldash,

  The discount code can be applied during checkout. After pasting the code, please click on the "Apply Code" button and your discounted price will be calculated. Once you see the discounted price, you can make the purchase. 

   

  We cannot apply the discount code because you have already made the purchase.  Should we refund the entire amount, and do you want to buy again using the discount code?

  Hello Haldash,

  You had purchased the Personal WordPress plan on November 27, 2025. Our 30 day money-back guarantee is only valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If you requested for a refund before December 27, 2025, we could have issued a refund. Since you are out of the refund period, we can cancel your plan, but unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued.

  Should we go ahead and cancel your plan?

  So let me get this straight. You don't issue me the discount code and I had to pay full price and now I'm out by 8 days and you don't want to issue a refund.

  The reason for the delay was that it was the holidays. I wasn't at the computer checking emails and your email was also in my spam folder (which I rarely check).

  What I will do is a chargeback instead with my bank meaning you'll also have to pay a fee.
