    Could you also provide the last date and time when the site was still working properly. This information is important so they can try to recover the correct version of the site.

    The changes that were lost were made by the user on wednesday, 26/11/2025, 1200-1500 (Oslo time). They clicked the save/update button throughout this time period.

    At the end, they had to refresh the page and it reverted back to the site version before these changes were implemented in this time period.

    The user took screenshots on how the site looked like when they made their changes.

    The changes that were lost had a blue & white background. And the current (old) version right now has a purple & black background.

    The client has redesigned the website over the weekend and was able to save it.
    There is no more need to restore any older versions. So any changes from your support team is no longer needed.
