Duplicate Charge and Inaccessible Subscription – Request for Clarification and Refund

I’m reaching out regarding an issue with my subscription billing.
I was charged for two subscriptions even though I only have one active. Until recently I had a Personal plan, but on November 10th, 2025, I upgraded to the Freelancer plan. After the upgrade, only the Freelancer subscription was visible in my dashboard. The Personal plan was originally paid through November 23rd.
Despite the upgrade, on November 23rd I was charged again for the renewal of the Personal subscription.
Currently, I see two subscriptions in my Brizy panel, but I can only manage or cancel the Freelancer plan. The Personal plan appears in the list, yet there is no option to manage or cancel it.
Please clarify why this happened and issue a refund for the unauthorized renewal charge of the Personal subscription.

You are subscribed to the Personal WP plan from November 23, 2022 and it was not cancelled. You purchased the Freelancer WordPress as an addon plan on November 10th, 2025. Even though you wanted an upgrade, it was an addon purchase. Now you have two plans in your account; Personal WP and Freelancer WordPress.
Here's why your account's "Billing" section shows only one plan: When you purchased the Personal WP plan in 2022, your billing was handled by our then billing partner Paddle. When you recently acquired the Freelancer WordPress plan, your billing is handled by Stripe, our current billing partner. Brizy accounts typically links to a single billing page; hence while you have access to your Stripe billing page and you do not have access to your Paddle billing page.
An option to cancel the Persoanl WP plan is not available in your account; kindly send us a calcellation request here in the forum or by email and we will cancel the plan for you. As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions, refunds are not available for subscription renewals. Hence unfortunately, we can't refund the last transaction.
Refunds are available for the first 30 days after purchasing a new monthly or yearly subscription. For renewals, refunds are not available, meaning starting with the second month of the subscription or with the second year.
Kindly confirm your interest to cancel the Personal WP subscription and we do it for you.
