SEO ld+json showing when page refreshes

I noticed the SEO ld+json schema is injected inside the body instead of in the head, and the browser renders it briefly as visible text before JavaScript hides it. It shows above the nav header before the JS removes it. Is there a reason why is it not placed on the Head instead?
